     The Application ~ 

        Mary strives to streamline the loan process, making things efficient, 
        clear and as simple as possible. At the same time, she makes every 
        effort to insure that your financing needs have been discussed in detail. 
        Together, we will custom tailor a loan specifically to your needs. 

        Once the right loan program has been chosen, she will ask you to help 
        her expedite the process by completing a loan application with her. 
        The entire application process should not take more than 15 minutes, 
        and a variety of completion options are at your disposal. Also feel free

     Processing ~ 
After a loan application has been submitted to Mary, a set of disclosure forms, along with a small list of items to return, will be immediately forwarded to you. You will simply sign and date the disclosure forms and return them by mail to her, along with any requested documents. Upon receipt of these items, the loan processing department will then complete the processing of your loan; ordering a credit report, appraisal, escrow instructions, title policy and any other documentation necessary to complete the loan process. The loan will then be pre-underwritten and immediately submitted to the appropriate lending institution, often times its the lending company, who will be funding your loan. Underwriting ~
We are a well-rounded mortgage brokerage firm. The loan processor's job is to submit a complete loan package to the underwriter. The loan, having been pre-underwritten by our staff before submission to the underwriter, does not usually encounter any delays or the need for any additional documentation from you. Often, the loan gets approved and our processing department then works with the underwriter to complete any minor conditions that may be required prior to documents.On occasion there may be something additional asked for prior to closing, so be prepared at all times. Loan documents are ordered and sent to escrow or another closing agent. An appointment is made for you to sign the loan documents. After you sign the loan documents, they are returned to the closing department for final review and funding. Mary works hard to see that the loan process goes smoothly from application to closing.
